Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE)
RPE = Rate of Perceived Exertion
Starting in June all Xtra Mile Fitness workouts will feature an RPE rating for the Strength and Workout portions of the programming for that day.
We measure this on a 1-10 scale. Every strength and workout component will have a RPE score. This will help us as coaches and you as athletes understand the work you are about to do.
