CrossFit Classes
CrossFit Classes are group workouts that are led by a certified coach. In these classes we work on improving overall health and fitness for our athletes.
Weightlifting
Weightlifting sessions are led by a USAW certified coach and help athletes improve strength and technique. This program also has a team that competes in USAW sanctioned competitions.
Women's Strength Program
This program is for ladies who are looking to improve their strength with their personal coach and a supportive group of ladies around them.
