CrossFit Classes are group workouts that are led by a certified coach. In these classes we work on improving overall health and fitness for our athletes.
Weightlifting sessions are led by a USAW certified coach and help athletes improve strength and technique. This program also has a team that competes in USAW sanctioned competitions.
This program is for athletes ages 12-18 years old. The focus is to improve power, speed, and strength to help them better perform in their sports.
